CWCB Ratifies Springs Utilities Instream Flow Loan

The Colorado Water Conservation Board plans to ratify an expedited temporary loan agreement with Colorado Springs Utilities for up to 1,500 AF of stored water in Pueblo Reservoir to bolster instream flows on the Arkansas River. CWCB will provide up to $450,000 in funding support from the Construction Fund, with the remaining water value supplied as in-kind contribution and partner payments.
