St. Charles Considers HSA Contribution MOU With LELS

The City of St. Charles is seeking approval of a memorandum of understanding with Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) to change eligible employees’ HSA contributions from biannual to monthly payments. The MOU would take effect January 1, 2027, and remain in effect through the current collective bargaining agreement.
