Initial one-year term; LifeNet may renew month-to-month until construction of the new hangar and associated crew quarters is substantially completed and the premises are ready for occupancy. The lease terminates when the separate new-hangar lease becomes effective, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CPI-based rent adjustments begin October 1, 2027, and on each anniversary thereafter during the term.
