URA Revokes Assignment of 9th & Arthur Project

The Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency revoked its prior approval of an assignment agreement that would have transferred Wolfpack Development, LLC's obligations under the 9th and Arthur URA project to Optimum Group, Inc., since the underlying real estate transaction never closed. Wolfpack remains bound by the original 2016 Disposition and Development Agreement with the Agency.
