Agreement covers the 2026–2027 school year with no automatic renewal; continued placement in subsequent years requires a new written contract approved by both Boards of Education. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice or by mutual written agreement and can be extended for Summer 2027 ESY services by written notice from Taconic Hills by March 1, 2027 and an agreed ESY tuition rate.
