Description

San Antonio plans to award a technology services contract of up to $14.14 million to International Business Machines Corporation to manage implementation and integration of new SAP Ariba procurement and SAP S/4HANA financial systems. The two-year agreement starting May 1, 2026, includes two optional one-year renewals and is funded through the City’s financial system upgrade project.
