Springfield is authorizing continued membership in The Ohio Benefits Cooperative, Inc. to participate in its medical purchasing cooperative and the Jefferson Health Plan for employee medical and prescription coverage from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The ordinance permits all necessary expenditures to fulfill the City's obligations under the by-laws and agreement.
