Initial Term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Thereafter, the Agreement renews automatically from school year to school year (each a Renewal Term) unless either party provides written notice of intent to terminate at least 30 days before the end of the then-current Renewal Term. Appendix A will be updated for each Renewal Term, with hourly rate increases limited to no more than 4% without prior written consent from the School District. Both parties also reserve the right to terminate for convenience with 30 days’ written notice.
