Initial term is 12 months of General Ledger Bank Reconciliation services starting August 2026, with $18,000 in fees paid annually. Services renew automatically on an annual basis in perpetuity unless the customer provides written notice 30 days in advance of the desired end date. Provider may increase fees annually with 30 days written notice before the first invoice of the corresponding calendar year.
