Twelve months of Utility Billing services and Print & Mail services, starting the first month following execution of proposal; renews annually thereafter

Initial term is 12 months for Utility Billing and Print & Mail services, starting the first month after execution. Following the initial term, services renew automatically on an annual basis in perpetuity unless the customer provides written notice 30 days before the desired end date. Provider may increase fees annually with 30 days written notice before the first invoice of the corresponding calendar year.
