The City of South Jordan is considering approval of a Development Agreement with Destinations, Inc. for the redevelopment and preservation of the historic chapel at 10353 S Temple Drive. The agreement includes renovation of the chapel into an event center, addition of a new office building, and associated site improvements, pending rezoning approval and subject to a 10-year maximum contract term.
