Amendments extend the maturity of both the Capital Projects LOC and Working Capital LOC to June 30, 2029. The Working Capital LOC limit is temporarily increased to $7,500,000 until August 28, 2026, when it automatically steps down to $5,000,000 for the remainder of the term.
