Lease has a five-year primary term from January 12, 2026 through January 11, 2031. Lessee may extend the primary term for one additional five-year term by paying an amount equal to 100% of the initial consideration to Lessor on or before the primary term expiration. Beyond these terms, the lease continues so long as operations, production, underground storage, protection of stored gas, prescribed payments, or qualified delays exist as defined in the lease.
