Description

The City Council is asked to authorize acceptance and expenditure of a $10,925,140.07 FY26 Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, passed through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety & Security. The Boston Police Department would use the funds to enhance its ability to detect, identify, track, and monitor unmanned aircraft systems in the city.
