Edwardsville Renews Cable Franchise With Spectrum

UTILITIES

Initial term of ten (10) years from Effective Date, with automatic additional term of five (5) years unless either party declines at least three (3) years before expiration

Franchise is renewed for an initial 10-year term starting on the Effective Date in Section 15.12, with an automatic additional 5-year extension unless either party provides written notice at least 3 years before expiration to forego the automatic extension and enter renewal negotiations under the Cable Act.
