Description

The Village of Medina entered into a wastewater treatment agreement with E3 Environmental to accept up to 250,000 gallons per day of DOT nonregulated storm water at $0.08 per gallon from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027. E3 will also pay more than $72,000 for prior dumping plus any additional pre-execution volumes upon invoicing, and must cover testing costs and any damages caused.
