Rye Brook Renews CCA Program With Sustainable Westchester

The Village of Rye Brook Board of Trustees authorized the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Sustainable Westchester, Inc. to renew the Community Choice Aggregation energy program. The agreement designates Sustainable Westchester as Program Manager to procure electric supply for eligible residential and small commercial customers through a future 2021 Energy Services Agreement.
