The City of Oxford, through a new subgrant agreement with the County, is poised to support Inclusive Housing Resources/Empower Me (IHR) in developing 8–16 housing units. Council will vote on the agreement, which also allows funds to be redirected to Habitat if IHR cannot proceed.
