Initial term from 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30 as defined in Schedule 1. Upon expiration, the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 90 days before the current term expires. TechSmart may increase annualized recurring fees (Curriculum + Platform, Integrated AI Modules, and Teacher Support) by up to 5% over the final year of the preceding term. One-time fees such as Teacher Bootcamps do not auto-renew and must be separately agreed in a new schedule. Renewal obligations for the School District are subject to non-appropriation of funds provisions allowing termination without penalty if funding is not appropriated, with notice within 30 days of the non-appropriation action.
