Resolution No. 2025-21 aims to include approving voting to accept and participate in the Governmental Entities Settlement Agreement (GESA) dated June 17, 2025. It authorizes the Mayor of the City of Bixby or the Mayor's designee to execute the Subdivision Participation Form for the City of Bixby's participation in the GESA, and approving voting to accept and participate in settlement agreements.
