El Paso County WCID No. 4 will consider authorizing submission of a WaterSMART Small Scale Water Efficiency grant application to the United States Bureau of Reclamation. If awarded, the District would enter a grant agreement for up to $50,000 in federal funds matched by $50,000 in local cost share for system efficiency upgrades.
