Amendment No. 1 extends funded services through March 31, 2027 and authorizes the Executive Director to exercise a final one-year option (April 1, 2027–March 31, 2028) with up to $1,680,000 and an additional extension of up to six months beyond the fifth year with up to $840,000, subject to a 5% annual rate increase cap and ongoing competitive solicitation; total cap is $8,920,000.
