Description

Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs operate under an ongoing Memorandum of Understanding to pool and administer lodging tax revenues to fund the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism Board’s promotion of the area as a tourism destination. The agreement commenced January 1, 2015, runs through December 31, 2015, and automatically renews annually unless terminated with proper notice.
