The City of Gunter TIRZ No. 4 Board will consider authorizing a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with MM Taylor Ranch 496 LLC. The agreement would provide an annual TIRZ-funded grant equal to 33.37% of the City's net tax increment, up to $47,544,467.00 over as many as forty years to support the Taylor Ranch development.
