Three-year membership commitment, automatically extended each year for another three years; termination effective June 30 of final year if notice given by October 1; renewal by February 1 of final year for new three-year term

Membership is for a minimum of three state fiscal years and automatically extends each year for an additional three years. To avoid automatic renewal, the district must notify the Cooperative Director in writing by October 1, causing termination on June 30 of the final commitment year; the district may renew for a new three-year term by contacting the Cooperative Management Council by February 1 of the final year.
