Tenth Extension and Amendment No. 6 extends the original January 1, 2017 Consulting Services Agreement for an additional one-year term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, replaces Attachment A Section IV on invoicing and compensation with a quarterly invoicing structure and a $12,500 fee cap for the extension period, and incorporates a new Letter of Agency for the same term. Further extensions may be executed by mutual agreement of the parties.
