The El Paso Water Public Service Board is asked to approve an interlocal agreement with the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority for EPWater’s $2,301,476 share of water and wastewater infrastructure work in the Canutillo Improvements Project – 1st Street. CRRMA will procure and oversee the construction, integrating utility upgrades with broader roadway improvements to minimize public disruption.
