The City of Charlotte approved a five-year reimbursement agreement with the South Carolina Department of Transportation, which will pay about $11,750 in FY 2027 toward the Metrolina Regional Travel Demand Model as part of the state’s 50% contribution. Charlotte will manage the model and recover costs through this agreement.
