Artist Jeff Best Advances Clare Public Art Projects

Local artist Jeff Best continues to partner with Clare Parks and Recreation and the Clare County Arts Council on the Art in Sculpture initiative and a new public sculpture for the south end of town. The artwork is completed and funded through a public art grant and now awaits MDOT placement approval.
