SUMMARY

Williamsburg County is soliciting sealed bids for demolition services to dismantle and remove the Old Kelley Hospital building, a 19,225 square foot facility located at 110 West Mill Street, Kingstree, SC 29556. The project scope includes the removal of the building and all associated fixtures and equipment, as well as clearing the approximate 1.2-acre site of all debris.
