SUMMARY
The Village of Orland Park is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and reacquaint itself with Ecological Restoration Contractors (ERC). The majority of the work will be performed at existing storm water basin shorelines. Scope includes tree plantings and removals, slope re-grading and stabilization, erosion control, native plug and seed plantings, prescribed burns, and multi-year maintenance stewardships. All shoreline projects include a project establishment year followed by a predetermined number of maintenance and management years.
