SUMMARY
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting proposals and statements of qualifications for the professional position of Municipal Prosecutor for the 2026 calendar year. The selected firm or individual will perform all duties associated with municipal prosecution for a municipality of approximately 90,000 residents in Mercer County, New Jersey. Contracts will be awarded for a period not to exceed 12 consecutive months, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12 and a fair and open process under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. Proposals must address general and mandatory minimum criteria. Sealed bids are due by October 29, 2025, at 12:00 PM, and a Notice of Interest is due by October 23, 2025.
