SUMMARY
The Town of Newton is soliciting electronically sealed bids for Bid # 16-2022, Chemical Supply. Bids must be uploaded to the BidNet Direct platform by November 10, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. (prevailing time), at which time they will be opened publicly and read. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond) in the amount of 10% of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.
