SUMMARY
The Town of Lyons is seeking a contractor to design and construct approximately three-quarters of a mile of multimodal trail within the Town Right of Way for the St Vrain Trail Extension project. The work includes constructing a 10-foot wide trail running generally East-West from McConnell Drive and US36 intersection to the US36 and SH66 junction. The west portion of the trail will be concrete and the east half will be crusher fines. Additional scope components include three ditch crossings featuring one pedestrian bridge and two concrete box culverts, as well as multiple types of fencing along half of the trail. The submission deadline is October 16, 2024.
