SUMMARY
The Town of Lewisboro is soliciting bids for the demolition, removal, and off-site disposal of an existing bath house structure and the subsequent fabrication and installation of a replacement timber frame structure. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of all plumbing fixtures, new dressing and shower areas, and ADA-compliant bathrooms and stalls.
