SUMMARY

The Town of Enfield Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Penn Valley Pump (PVP) patented double disc pumps, OEM parts, and repair, maintenance, and replacement services for water pollution control and wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities. The scope includes supplying certified PVP double disc pumps, grinders, parts, and equipment, along with ancillary support services such as staff training, diagnostics, troubleshooting assistance, documentation management, and rapid-response service support. The selected vendor must be a PVP manufacturer-certified representative, distributor, and authorized service provider. The initial contract period runs from contract execution through June 30, 2027, with up to two additional one-year renewal options, not to exceed thirty-six months total. Proposals are due by 11:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Requirements include a $5,000 proposal surety, $5,000 performance and payment bonds upon award, and comprehensive insurance coverage including $1,000,000 commercial general liability and $5,000,000 umbrella/excess liability.
