SUMMARY
The Town of Enfield is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide process and planning facilitation services for the Town Department of Social Services and the resultant Mental Health & Wellness Community Coalition. The consultant will facilitate the design of the Coalition and its community plan to address conditions related to improved mental health and wellness.
