SUMMARY
Sealed bids are requested for the Berthoud Waggener Farm Park Pickleball Courts Project. The project includes site preparation, concrete slabs, court surfacing, fencing, nets, signage, site drainage, sidewalks, paving, landscape and irrigation, site furnishings, electric service connections, and underground conduits for court lighting. It also includes a Maintenance Shed and Picnic Pavilion. The contract includes 1 year of landscape maintenance and 3 years of native seed maintenance. All work must be completed by September 25th, 2023.
