SUMMARY
The Town of Berthoud is seeking a qualified firm to develop design concepts for the redevelopment of its former Public Works Garage and Skateboard Park Property. The goal is to create long-term positive impacts on the revitalization of Downtown Berthoud into a destination for retail, commercial, and residential development. The site is approximately 1 acre and is an important component of Berthoud's east gateway.
