SUMMARY

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals from qualified plumbing contractors for miscellaneous campus building maintenance, repair, and renovation services as-needed. Services include domestic water line installation and repair, main sanitary sewer line and branches installation and repair, storm sewer line installation and repair, testing and repair of MD Anderson owned backflow preventers, natural gas line installation and repair, and med gas line installation and repair. An optional but strongly recommended pre-submittal conference is scheduled via Microsoft Teams on September 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST.
