SUMMARY
The Mystic & Noank Library Landscape Master Plan Phase 1 work consists of the installation and maintenance of construction entrance and erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, and site lighting. Additional scope includes underground conduits and sleeves, catch basin top, area drain and stormwater piping, asphalt paving, precast concrete curbing, exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, concrete stairs, and stone stairs on concrete. The project also covers dry laid stone walls, metal handrails, native tree, shrub, and perennial plantings as shown and described in the contract documents. Bids are due by October 02, 2026.
