SUMMARY
Shawnee County Parks + Recreation (SCP+R) is soliciting sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation and expansion of the Carousel Building at Gage Park. The selected contractor will provide pre-construction services including design phase collaboration, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, and schedule development, followed by construction services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
