SUMMARY

The Sanford Airport Authority is seeking a licensed contractor with a minimum of five consecutive years in business to provide full-service ground maintenance services at the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) facilities. The scope of work encompasses labor, travel, materials, equipment, and supervision for mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, irrigation, annuals, pruning, tree trimming, bushes and hedges trimming, fence trimming, mulch application, and litter and debris removal as outlined in Exhibit B Service Areas Maps. Pricing must be submitted using bid line-item prices and hourly rates for additional services on section 12 - Bid Pricing Form. The submission deadline is November 21, 2024, with a notice of interest deadline on November 7, 2024. The contract term is a minimum of five consecutive years.
