SUMMARY

The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is requesting proposals for its new Mobility Zones program, funded by the USDOT RAISE program. The selected consultant will aid in measuring mobility needs across the six-county region, identifying equity-priority communities, and developing funding and implementation strategies for clean, shared, and active transportation investments. Scope includes multimodal planning for fixed-route and demand-response transit, active transportation, complete streets, car share, and zero-emission infrastructure. Required expertise includes data analysis, mapping, urban design, placemaking, and equitable community engagement. Proposals are due by November 18, 2023, at 1415 L Street, Sacramento, CA, 95814.
