SUMMARY
The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a progressive design-build project to upgrade and expand the Southeast Regional North Topsail Wastewater Treatment Plant (SER WWTP). The project aims to expand the existing 1.5 MGD facility to a 3.5 MGD capacity, incorporating the decommissioning of the Holly Ridge WWTP. Scope includes preliminary and final design engineering (30%, 60%, 100% submittals), surveying, geotechnical engineering, permitting, construction management, and start-up/performance testing.
