The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking up to five qualified vendors to perform appraisal reports of real estate in New York City through the issuance of Work Orders. Appraisers may occasionally be required to perform appraisals outside of New York City as needed by DCAS. This solicitation is being conducted via the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method.
