SUMMARY

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is soliciting proposals from Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Developers to provide cost-effective PV electric generating systems at various district sites under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The scope of work includes the design, installation, and operation of solar PV systems at multiple locations including Bethesda ES, Burnt Mills ES, Burtonsville ES, Crown HS, JoAnn Leleck ES, John Poole MS, Kingsview MS, N. Bethesda MS, Neelsville MS, Odessa Shannon MS, Poolesville HS, Westland MS, and Woodlin ES. Proposals are due by January 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
