SUMMARY
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys to provide legal services for the Accountability, Conduct and Ethics Commission (ACE Commission) as independent contractors. The primary objective is to enforce the provisions of the Accountability, Conduct and Ethics Code (ACE Code) for a one-year term. The county intends to contract with three attorneys at an hourly rate not to exceed $225, with an annual cap of $25,000 per attorney.
