SUMMARY
Luzerne County is requesting proposals for the completion of a Hazardous Materials Commodity Flow Study. The study will identify hazardous materials transportation flow patterns, identify fixed facilities that handle, store and transport hazardous materials, perform a general assessment of issues regarding hazardous materials transport, and perform an analysis of data and access vulnerabilities. The project must be completed within six (6) months of the award of contract.
