SUMMARY

Lumpkin County is soliciting sealed unit price bids for the construction of a complete four-leg roundabout intersection at the existing intersection of Auraria Rd. and Burnt Stand Rd., including the entrance road into The White Oak Learning Academy. The project, identified as ITB 2025-005, encompasses approximately 2,900 L.F. of roadway work. Scope includes asphalt pavement with concrete curb and gutter, concrete truck aprons, sidewalks, driveway replacement, crosswalks, raised medians, signage and markings, storm drainage structures and piping, site grading, sodding, and erosion and sediment control. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 27, 2025, at the Lumpkin County Administration Building. Bids are due by March 20, 2025.
